Taking legal action after a slew of foul-mouthed internet videos, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino officially filed suit against his father Frank in Miami Federal Court yesterday (May 16).
The elder Sorrentino set up a website, trashing his famous son by relaying embarrassing stories and accusatory tirades about him.
The "Jersey Shore" reality star alleges that his dad is exploiting his name and likeness to promote his website TheConfrontationSite.com, all the while attempting to put a stake in his business ventures by bringing to light past issues.
Mike has asked a judge to demand that his father stop using his image and name for the site and is also seeking an undisclosed amount in damages.
